They are manufactured according to the highest quality standards and have received certification for nuclear application in several countries.

Nuclear qualification is awarded only after stringent testing according to IEEE 387 standard involving consecutive hot and cold starts of the generating set. Consequently, the PC2 and PA6 engines are 1E class, which demonstrates their ability to operate under seismic conditions.
