PC RANGE

Since 1951, more than 4 300 engines have been produced for power plants and ship propulsion applications in different versions having power ratings increasing over the years. The latest PC2.6 B development step allowed to reach a Maximum Continuous Rating of 750 kW/cylinder at 600 rpm. Available in 12, 14, 16, 18 and 20 cylinders, this version is now operating on ships and in power plants.

PA RANGE

The PA6 B-STC is the latest development of the PA6 range. This engine type has been developed to meet the requirements of various markets:

  • Fast ferry and frigate propulsion with the STC version regarding mass/power ratio, operating torque envelope, overall dimensions, fuel consumption and smoke particularly in partial load operation. This engine version, available in 12, 16, 18 and 20 cylinders offers outputs up to 8910 kW for the 20 cylinder model.
  • Nuclear power plant emergency genset where reliability, fast starting time and load acceptance capability are of paramount importance. For this application 12, 16, 18 and 20 cylinder models are also available.
