CHANGE OF COMPANY NAME

As from December 1st, 2006, the social name of S.E.M.T. Pielstick changed to

MAN Diesel SA

as the shareholder MAN Diesel SE became sole shareholder of the company on October 5th, 2006.
The change of name does not modify neither the structure, nor the products, nor the commitments whether financials or of any other sort made by the company under the name of S.E.M.T. Pielstick towards its customers, suppliers or any business partners.
It has the advantage of putting special emphasis on the integration of the company into the MAN Diesel Group, an essential actor on the large Diesel engines market.
All products will still carry the name of S.E.M.T. Pielstick and the coordinates of MAN Diesel SA remain the same as those of S.E.M.T. Pielstick.
